Refund Policy
TTSLabs LLC ("we" or "us") offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Pro plan.
The Pro plan is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Money-back guarantee
If the Pro plan is not for you, request a refund within 7 days of subscribing and you will get your first payment back in full. The guarantee does not cover an account that has broken our Terms of Service.
Requesting a refund
Request a refund from Paddle at paddle.net, and cancel the subscription on your profile page so you are not charged again. Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the law and under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and does not limit them. Depending on where you live, the law may give you longer: 14 days in the EU and the UK, for example.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. A change applies only to payments made after it is published on this page.
