Refund Policy

TTSLabs LLC ("Company") offers its customers a 7-day money-back guarantee for its Pro version of the software. If a customer is not satisfied with the Pro tier subscription, they may request a full refund within 7 days of their purchase.

Refund requests will be honored only if the customer meets the following criteria:

a.The customer has purchased the Pro version of the software from the official TTSLabs website or from a trusted third-party reseller.
b.The customer has not violated the Company's Terms of Service.
c.The customer has not used the software beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
d.To request a refund, the customer must send an email to with their account username and reason for the refund.

Refunds shall be processed within 10 business days of the request and only in the amount paid by the customer.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.

Please note that the Company reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly review the refund policy for any changes.
