By using the software developed by TTSLabs LLC ("we" or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

We do not allow the exploitation of our service in a manner that violates any legal regulations of the United States of America. Furthermore, we firmly prohibit the utilization of TTSLabs for any form of misrepresentation, deceit, disparagement, harassment, or maltreatment towards any person or entity, regardless of the technical legality of such actions.

1. RISKS AND DISCLAIMERS

TTSLabs LLC assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of our software. We have included AI models formed from user/third party submitted data in a "community" category. TTSLabs is not officially associated in any way to trademarks or copyrights that community voices may hold. Community voices are created by datasets that are put together by the community, and then trained using TTSLabs AI technology, for more information contact admin@ttslabs.ai

2. RULES AND GUIDELINES

Users of our software must comply with the following rules and guidelines: regulations.

a.Users must not use our software to falsely portray a voice said something as if it was the real person.

b.Users must not use our software for criminal or nefarious purposes.

c.Users must not engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or impair our software or interfere with other users' use of our software.

d.Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our software at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in our software and any content displayed or used in connection with our software, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, belong to TTSLabs LLC. By using our software, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, unless for the use for assisting TTSLabs with advertising and growing the user base of the company and software and doing so in good faith.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall TTSLabs LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our software, even if advised of their possibility.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTSLabs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our software or your breach of these Terms of Service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms and conditions. You agree that you will not use our software to:

a.transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;

b.impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

c.interfere with or disrupt the operation of our software or the servers or networks used to make our software available;

d.violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations;

e.submit false or misleading information;

f.upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of our software;

g.collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent;

h.reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, encoded model data for our software or any related technology;

i.use output from the Services to create/train models that may compete with TTSLabs.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND TERMS OF SERVICE

TTSLabs LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our software (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also change these terms of service from time to time without notice, and your continued use of our software following any such changes shall be deemed to indicate your acceptance of such modified terms of service.
